I'm Manoj Kumar Khansali have recharged of Airtel Mobile No. [protected] data card for Rs 198 (Operator Ref. No. [protected]) dtd. 2nd June, 2016 through paytm but the plan is still not activated. Therefore, you are requested to please advise the concern to refund/ cash back of Rs. 198/- at the earliest and oblige.
