Paytm — requested for money refund but actoin not taken

I recharged my tata sky dth [protected] on 13/02/15 twiced with 2860 inr which order no.[protected] and[protected]. And i requested for refund for any one order from tata sky. I was told that if paytm write to tata sky within 24 hrs for refund then i will get my money, And tata sky deducted money already. I have written several times on [protected]@paytm.com but not action is taken yet. Today again i talked with tata sky and they replied same. I dont know how will i get my money. Can you call me on [protected].
