Paytm — Return of airtel net payment

Sir,

I had made payment thro' you for rs. 948.00 on 19.04.2016 vide i. D. No. [protected] and another payment of rs. 898.00 through opertor reference no. [protected] on the same day. But i have been informed by airtel that only rs. 898/-had been received by them and another payment had not been received. It is requested that the payment of rs. 948.00 made by me through you may kindly be returned to me at the earliest. I had tried to contact you but unable to go through. Urgernt action in this regard is requested.
