Dear Sir/Madam, I try to pay electricity bill amount of Rs. 930/- from ICICI credit card but transaction is not made to BSES electricity department. You have taken payment from ICICI credit card as per ICICI customer care representitive. The authorization id is : 443623 dated on 26 Apr 15.
