Paytm — Says bill payment success but amount not credited | |||||
Respected sir/ madam I used paytm website to recharge my airtel landline ([protected]) bill amount rs. 1606 on 6th april. Amount deducted and it shows on paytm website that bill payment successful but amount not credited in my airtel landline number [protected]. When i ask them to give me proofs of payment they just giving me a reference number and no proofs. With that reference number airtel unable to check payment received or not. Airtel operator said there is no bill payment done for my number and paytm claiming that it is done. I am very frustrated and its not a small amonut.
