Paytm — Showing recharge successfully but balance not credited

On 20/04/2015 i made one recharge on my bsnl number [protected] of STV Rs. 135 through paytm. The paytm ORDER NO.[protected] Apr '15 11:41 am) and CC Transaction No [protected]. Paytm showed that the order is successful (pls find the attachment) but i never got any balance in my account. When i contacted paytm they told that it would be a problem from the merchant side, i.e., bsnl. so i did contact with bsnl customer care and they told that there was no such recharge on that day. however i booked one complaint with them (docket number: 1D[protected]. Now the docket is closed and i still haven't received any balance. now the paytm ([protected]@paytm.com) is also not responding and my complaint (Ticket #[protected]: RCtkt - Help Query) is pending with them. i want an immediate refund or balance in my account. regards, Arnab Sen

update: sorry for the inconvenience. just now i found out that the number on which i made recharge is [protected] which is not my number. i withdraw the complaint hereby.

well, this is not just the end!
one person called me up at my number from [protected] around 03:16 pm today (23/04/2015). He introduced himself as paytm executive and was calling me on the basis of my complaint number( Ticket #[protected]: RCtkt - Help Query). He also sent an OTP (came from BZ-iPaytm). i did share the otp as i believed that he is the internal person of paytm as he had the access to my account and he could tell some of my details and also the 1st and last 4 digits of my credit card number before i read out the OTP. He also wanted to know the details of me and my credit card details for some verification. I declined to share the CVV number and full number of my credit card. He wanted to know the details of the credit card because i made the transaction through my credit card while recharging the amount mentioned in the complaint. Anyway i didn't share anything of the credit card except the 1st and last 4 digits which he could tell without any information from me.
But after that some strange things happened. i got email for resetting password which i saw later. and also some transactions has been made from my paytm account (see the attachments). and finally i discovered that i can't login to my account and the username/email id registered to the account doesn't exists now. so my paytm account is closed!!!
So, it is clear that some internal candidate is doing all the mischief! and when i complain in paytm, apart from giving a ticket number[protected] they are very ignorant to reply. I feel very unsafe now with paytm.
i want an immediate action on this and i request paytm to find out that fraud!
