Paytm — Wrong product delivery

I Hve ordered one Shave Trimmer & got a Nova Hair Straightner in order.

Sent mails at [protected]@paytm.com & full fill all the requirements they want but still not got any response..

POOR POOR SERIVCE & CUSTOMER SERVICE

My complaint Ticket No. #[protected]. Have sopen to Arpita & Suman many times but till date no respnse.

I have raised the concern many time but they not take any action. i have send mail 25 times and call many time on customer care but they not respond well

Very poor poor service and products

I had ordered for two Philips Satinelle Epilator (PHILIP SHP6421), order no. [protected] but you have delivered Philips Ladyshave HP6306/00. I have already paid cash amount of Rs. 4288 /- on delivery. The cover of delivered product also mentioned the same product i have ordered, but later i found out to be the wrong product. Replace the delivered product with the ordered product as early as possible. it's really disheartening to see such deliveries from a reliable source like paytym.

I have Ordered Nokia AC-60 usb charger from paytm, but they deliver me Nokia AC-50 charger.
I have returned this.
But they not refund my money. They said that you can purchase another product we cannot refund money.
So I again order this product but again this time they send wrong product.
Please do needful.

I have ordered a nova trimmer model no. NHC. 6602 and they have delivered nova NS 216 from last ten days I have mailing them to return the product and deliver the ordered product but they are not responding. I have sent all the images of the delivered product it's invoice and the ordered product but they are not responding.

Ordered on paytym for the first time.
Wanted a hard disk very desperately searched and went through hundreds of review before deciding on Wd my passport ultra model no - wdbzfp0010bbk... Product was delivered in 3 days. All hopes went down when I saw different hard disk.

This is really a pathetic experience via paytm for the first time.
The Return pickup guy has refused to pickup the product & even customer care person is not responding properly.
I regret buying the product via paytm.
