Hi,
I have sent emails to PayUMoney and Luxury Box for the product delivered to me was fake, after repetitive follow ups, there has been a response from PayUMoney but they have not given me any resolution. When it comes to Luxury Box there has been no reply from them for once.
I have attached all the emails and screenshots for date and timely records. Also attached are the fake sunglasses pics for your reference.
I would request for refund and please collect the sunglasses from the address they were delivered.
