I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction and frustration regarding the non-settlement of transactions captured through your payment gateway since long time almost in 2023. Despite numerous attempts to seek resolution and get in touch with your support team, we have received no response or assistance.

We have made numerous phone calls and sent emails to your designated support channels, but no one has responded or provided any assistance in resolving this matter. This lack of communication and customer support is unacceptable and reflects poorly on PayU's commitment to its customers.
We demand immediate attention to this issue and a swift resolution to ensure the settlement of these transactions without any further delay. Additionally, we request that PayU investigates the unresponsiveness of your support team, SMB Team, KAM Team, Mr.Nasir, Ms Apurwa, Mr.Prerna, Mr.Rhuman and many more to add to this list., as it is imperative that customers have a reliable and responsive point of contact for assistance.
If this matter is not addressed promptly, we will have no choice but to explore alternative payment gateway options for our business, as well as file a legal complaints towards Fradulent activities by payu., as the current situation is unsustainable and detrimental to our operations.
We expect a prompt response to this complaint, outlining the steps you will take to rectify the situation and provide a resolution timeline. Please treat this matter with the urgency and seriousness it deserves.
