[Resolved]  PayUMoney — Order placed to merchant thro' payu but product not delivered

Address: Gurgaon, India

Order has been placed (transaction ID[protected] to merchant called Bharat thro payu on 3rd Sep 2022 and later weight charges of Rs 2000 (as asked by merchant for heavy goods) thro payu again on 5th Sep. However, contrary to their claims of 3-5 days express delivery by merchant on his website, till date, they have delayed it with reasons like customs issues etc. Although I am getting replies from them, product hasn't yet come. Merchant bank may also not reverse this transaction at this stage. Don't know if this fraud.

We are unable to trace any transaction with the provided details. Please share the below details with us via https://help.payu.in/ and we shall assist you further.

• PayU, Merchant, and Bank reference number.
• Scan copy of bank statement indicating the debit for the required transaction.
• Transaction date along with the amount.
• Email id or phone number used for processing the transaction.
• First 6 and last 4 digits of your card.
• UPI / VPA if any used

Dear Sir/Madam,
Now the merchant has stopped responding even after threatening action against them for product non-delivery or no refund. Clearly, looks like fraud merchant.

So I am sharing details of the transaction.
I have enclosed images which show the requested transaction details, my credit card account debits etc.

Kindly respond to this as the merchant has clearly siphoned off the money as he is totally unreachable and not responding. I am unable to post this info on help.payu.in as the site says an earlier ticket is still in progress and so I cannot raise any new ticket.
Please treat this as a case of fraud as neither product nor refund came even after 20 days. Also please tell me if it should be raised with legal authorities.
