[Resolved] Pepperfry — False commitment - Dont care once payment is made | |||
I order product from pepperfry 1 month back - still not received. In the mean time there have been atleast 100 emails/call sent to pepperfry and there delivery partner bluedart - no one ever cared to inform me that my product will be delayed for some reason. I always got one answer - wait for 2-3 days, we assure you your complaint has been taken care of- WTF. At the end of 30 days i see update on bluedart website that my zip was incorrect - how come one product got delivered at same address and other not? Buy only if they provide COD - or dont buy. Bluedart and Pepperfry not to be trusted! Ebay/Flipkart are best in this department. Was this information helpful? | |||
