Dear Pepsi team, My name is UMESH I had received a call from Pepsi after participating in Pepsi contest 2015 and executive said that you have won a prize he took my details along with the code which was behind the label of Pepsi bottle and assured me of sending me my gift in 10day by courier. I have not yet received any gift drop your end my no[protected] [protected]@gmail.com I have already sent 18 complaint email on consumer.[protected]@pepsico.com But did not get any reply I

Updated by umeshrai69 still this complaint is not resolved. It didnot get my prize. I got call form Pepsi consumer care. She gave me wrong courier no what is z57##9209 from dtdc courier co. when i called dtdc HO they told that this is delivered at vijay nagar form karol bagh. I call back to the no which i got a call. i asked her on which adress you have sent gift she told my right address and
right name. I asked again courier no it was same I asked her two time courier no it was same she said let me follow this courier no I will call you back.
till today nither i got my gift nor reply.
