I also tried to contact the customer care number given on their website but that is an invalid number. So i kindly request you to look into the matter and refund the amount as soon as possible. Blue dart is updating wrong status. as co signee is not available while the person from blue dart did not come even a sinlgle time

Sir, I made a IMPS transfer on 09.12.2018 of RS 5000/- from my Axis account to SBI account, I got debited money from my account but it is not credited to beneficiary account.so please resolve this issue ASAP.
