Return window is not working

The return window of peter england shows a query to select the RETURN TYPE. But NO OPTIONS ARE DISPLAYED to select from. Without selecting the option the return cannot be submitted. But there is no way to select any option or input any option. There is something wrong with the return window. Have already sent more than 20 emails but no solutions are provided yet....

Showing delivered status without delivering my product

As I have complained before for the delay in delivery but no response from them and giving me fake delievered message, I ordered a shirt on[protected] and it was estimated to reach me on[protected] but it is well above that and till now the product didn't reach me, I even raise the query against it, and they are not giving me call back and. I don't need the shirt anymore I just want my money to be refunded. Do something fast its been two...

Return not working

I bought a Shirt from Peter England on 3rd January 2021 with order number 4117283. But the size was too small. So I want to place a return request as per your return policy. But unfortunately your site is not working properly. Even after sending mails with the image of the problematic window it is really sad that PE did not take any action.
The return window shows a query to select "preferred mode of return" but no options are displaying...

Complaint against tie box

Dear team,

I have order tie by visiting your Borivali outlet.I received it by 18th dec, 20
I have sent that to someone as gift.
The packing and the box provided against the tie is disappointing.

I ordered two trunks on 25 nov. On 29 nov i received one trunk. but till now i does not received my second trunk. i contact u via mail & i also file a complain regarding this but no action taken by your side till now, i already paid for that trunk also, kindly refund my amount and cancel my order....

Poor quality of jeans

Maine[protected] ko black jeans liya the stores se but vo jeans color chhod RHA tha Mera white shirt bekar Kar dia ..usk bad Mai store par gya to manager ne bola abhi new h isliye asa ho RHA hai ..aur bola use kriye 1st wash k bad theek ho jayega Maine 3 wash Kiya har bar same problem Hui h..aur ab store par maneger bol RHA hai 20 din k bad btaunga Kya krna h..aur jeans apne pass rkh liya h.

I have returned two shirts since 20 days, and haven't received yet my refund, i have also sent many mails to get support about the same, but still there are no replies yet, Worst customer support ever seen.
Provide the refund as soon as possible, i want my money back....

I refunded my item on 23 nov 2020, and even after 23 days I haven't got my refund, they replied to my mail to wait for 3-4 days, but still I haven't got my refund....

Haven't got my refund

Worst is very tiniest word for Peter England customer support.
I return my jeans order on 16th nov that is worth of Rs882 and its picked up in 17nov and then i mail you regarding my rufund I got reply on my fourth mail that my refund was issue in 2-3 days and that email was on 27nov.
Then i wait for more then 2-3 days..
And after that I again mail you 2 times and till now its been more than more than 25 days i haven't...
