Petrol — In mumbai HP petrol pumps cheat people

18/03/2014 on morning 8:10 am i saw my Motorcycle (Bike) Splendor 100cc petrol Indicator was too low, i wend to near by Hp Petrol Pump (Vashi Naka, R C Marg, Chembur, Marg, , Near Sita Estate, Mumbai-400074) i said to worker fill a petrol of Rs 200. He start filling petrol & filled petrol for 300 rs by pressing pump pipe. i ask why i ask u to 200rs he said u only ask to fill petrol of 300rs i said its okay. i gived 300 rs & trip the meter to count Km after that i went to my office then @ evening in vashi & return home, when i reach home i saw trip meter it count 54 km & suddenly saw petrol indicator (O my god) Its showing just come under red mark (too Low petrol in tank), my bike give almost 66 kmpl of average but its not 66 km of driving done by me, on next day i just travel +17 km from above 54 +17 =71 km petrol get empty & push my bike to near by petrol pump (near Gandhi nagar petrol pump from Highway Vikroli), worker on Hp petrol pump used to FILCH (stole) petrol when they are filling petrol in bike or Car. This is the worst Experience while filling petrol from HP petrol pump. Thus for 300 rs there should be 3.6 Liter of petrol & used to travel 240 Km. i am looking to file complain in HP centers
