This is regarding Phillips ignorance for customers.
I purchased a Phillips Beard Trimmer series 3000 BT3221/15 with 2 years warranty and 1 year extended warranty.
After 2 years completion, my trimmer stopped working. I contact with customer service and registered a complain (60-[protected]). I didn’t got any response from Phillips till 10 days. After that I again called to customer services then they told today your complain will be resolve. Thank god, a technician visit my home and check the trimmer. He told it’s not repairable, we’ll replace it within 10 days. After 10 days I contacted with the technician, He told please whatsapp me the complain number. I shared the details. After that I tried to contact him till 3 days but he didn’t answered my call. Then I called again to customer service & explain all the details, he replied that We will inform you all the details within 24 hours. Till 2 days no response then I again contact with customer service again same reply from them.
I totally disappointed with Phillips.
Customer can’t check current status of their complain.
Customer not allowed to contact with senior customer services.
I don’t know my issue will resolve or not but decided today I’ll never purchase Phillips products. Was this information helpful? |
