Purchased philips home theatre HTB3520 on 20th OCT 2014, till now installation and demo has not been arranged. Called philips customer care multiple times they were responding with readymade answers will attend shortly. Avinash one of the customer care executive said he will transfer the call to senior person, but cutted the call which is one worst professional behaviour. No proper service personnal attending the call. Not sure how the product quality will be as the customer service itself is too bad. Was this information helpful? | |||
