Philips India — Customer care not resonsie and bluffing all the time

I own a Phillips BG 2024/15.My razor got damaged hence was searching for new razor.I ordered one from authorized service center and I was assured I would be getting the same in 4 days and they assured they would call me once the product comes. Whenever I call they say I would be getting it in next few days, its been a month I called them and guess what I was right they have no clue and they don't even have my no, they wasted my time and bluffed me for a month. I even complained Phillips toll free and they even didnot take any action.Is this the kind of service a company like phillips provides.
