Sir, I have registered a complaint of my colour television on 01/08/2016 and my complaint No is [protected].A technician is come my home on 01/08/2016 and charge me Rs 400 for visiting charge.when I ask for payment receipt he told me to give bill next time but he not come again and cancelled my complaint request at Philips company.I once again request to company on 04/08/2016 and my complaint No is [protected] but till date nobody come to check my television.I request you to kindly take necessary action against technician Mr.Girish M:[protected], [protected].
