[Resolved] Philips India — Frequent Failure of 42" TV Remote | |||
I bought a Philips 42" TV on 27.6.2014 from E-Zone, Mani Square Mall, Kolkata. Since then the remote has failed 3 times, currently again unserviceable. Current call no is PKL[protected]. The remote has been replaced 3 times already, and they take much time to replace the remote (never keep a ready stock in Service Centre). Once I waited over a week! God knows how much time it will be this time. This is obviously a poorly designed product, since it fails so frequently. No point buying a 50k TV if it becomes just a decoration piece. I want a permanent solution this time, or I would like to return the product for a full refund. Please advise how this can be done. Was this information helpful? | |||
