Philips India — Motor repair which is untrue.

Few days back i took my mixie to philips authorised service centre licated at vallalar street, purasawalkmam, chennai. They called me over phone and informed that motor of the mixie is to be replaced which cost Rs.1800. Despite my explanation that motor cannot be a problem as the model of the mixie is water proof they did not accept it. Moreover, they refused to give me an estimate. So i took the mixie back and gave to a local mechanic who checked and told me the field coils are to be changed and the mixie is running well now. He charged me only Rs.500. If branded cos. Like philips is cheating the customers then whom the consumers rely upon. I enclose the foto copy of the receipt they gave me while taking.
