[Resolved] Philips India — No service after repeated call to customer care. | |||
I had bought a food processor(Sl no: D93457, HR: 7628/00) in Feb2014 and it was not working. I called customer care and registered a complaint (Complaint number:[protected] but there was no action from the customer care for a very long time. Again when i called the customer care in september they said they will send an executive but a person (Ramesh ph no: [protected]) told me he will come on 18th sept but didnt, then again he said he will come on 19the sept but he didnt, He asked me the address on 22nd and told he will come on 23rd and again he didnt come. I got a call from[protected] on 24th and said one person will come on 25th and gain they didnt.on 25th also i called the number[protected]Rekha(Earlier the day i had got a call from this number) and enquired they said they will send someone. Looks like Phillips doesnt care about customers time. Is this how a customer is treated? This is the worst kind of service i have ever seen by any company. I have decided not to buy any other phillips product in the future and advice the same to my friends/relatives and everyone on facebook and other social network. The issue is still NOT RESOLVED no one has visited the house from phillips. Was this information helpful? | |||
