Dear sir, I was purchased philips sound bar Model no is DSP-470 On 21-Aug-2014.My complaint regarding the bluetooth Which is Not proper work from 23-Aug -2014 to till date. I was calling on customer care And person of service center Continuously from 23-AUG-2014 to till date but I have no received any solution regarding my problem to till date. When I was call in customer care than he said dont worry any executive call you and any executive visit in your home.but no call and no executive Come in our home For solve that problem. In starting, when I was purchase the product executive visit my home for demo I think so your executive was so busy because he gave me only 5 min. For demo and he had gone without sign me ( Owner's sign).So, i[censored] have any Solution regarding that problem so than pls Solve it asap.otherwise u will be replace it.
