The product stopped working after 11 months. Complaint registered on September 25th. TV could not be repaired so they said either to wait for the part (10 days) or pay an extra amount of Rs 6500 & get a new TV, To which I agreed. Numerous calls have been made, and every time the response is that it will be replaced within 2-3 days. To date, the TV has not been replaced. It is claimed to be a 2020 product, so if in less than a year Philips cannot repair a product for want of spares, and worse still unable to give the Customer a replacement even after 42 days, the writing is on the wall “Do not trust Philips India products”.
