[Resolved] Philips India — Philips 40PFL4958 102 cm (40) LED TV | |||||
I have purchased Philips 40PFL4958 102 cm (40) LED TV with 3 years warranty from flipkart online stores on 30th Jan 2015. My TV display has stopped working on 9th sep 2016, I have logged a complaint with Philips, then I took it to service center. They told me that it is out of warranty since you have purchased this in the online store (one year warrant applicable). Later I have contacted to flipkart customer care and informed the situation, they took a complaint and did investigation and confirmed me that I’m eligible for 3 years warranty, but you should have to register with your product in www.poweroftwo.in site after the purchase. I told them that I am not aware of this site www.poweroftwo.in since it is not mentioned my invoice and respective emails that I received during the procurement. But I have register my product in www.phlilips.co.in since it is from Philips brand. Now, flipkart is telling that you are not eligible since you didn’t register and Philip is asking to get three years warranty card from flipkart. I don’t know what to do.
