It is our humble request to kindly take notice immediately of our complaint of defaulted led tv. We registered a complaint on 12th june, 2017 and an engineer visited and he informed us that the panel of our led tv needs to be replaced. Our led tv is still eligible under the 3 year warranty. We paid him the service charges he asked for : rs.550 and he assured us that the service center would replace it within 3-4 days. But still the engineer isn't responding to our complaints and keeps his mobile switched off. We tried to contact the service center and they couldn't provide any satisfactory information and keeps dodging our queries.
