Hello sir, I daljeet singh Registered no - [protected] Complaint no - 0417 Product warranty – my product is in warranty (5 years warranty) As per i registered my led tv complaint on 20th may 2017, After registering my complaint on 20th may the technician visited to my house and charged me rps 1300 (Visiting charge/ service fee) (Invoice no. Del 170, bill no 2619 dt 22/05/2017) after that without even checking my tv he went out by saying that next day engineer would come and check, Later the engineer visited to my house he checked The tv and said it has some supply issues we would change it soon he said. He visited so many times but no problem was sort out and the same thing repeated many times after so many regular complaints. Without solving my issue he said regenerate your complaint again then I again registered the complaint on 1 june after this they took my tv with them so as to repair it their service center. After my calling them Daily for verifying my status they told that your supply is pending it would come in maximum 2 days but so many days has been passed nothing has been done yet. I request you eagerly to help me out and sort out my problem as soon as possible i should get my tv either repair it till monday or give me the new one otherwise i will charged against them legal action. But now speaker's problm has also been there. They also checked but at that tym they have not solved anything they note down this issue on his invoice paper and told me they resloved it soon but nothing has been done yet i request you to replace my tv becoz they are not able to solve my problm they took morethan one month but still the problm remain same so pls replace my tv asap. I aslo attacing the video of my tv in which you can see the problem led screen in not on but sound is coming from its harsh speakers... I[censored] r failed to resolve my poblm then replace it i can not wait anymore.. Pls replace my tv this tym. I wont my tv to his workshop this tym bcz they had taken aprox 1 month to return without even solving the issue.. So this time replace my tv otherwise i wil make a police complaitn and take some legal action..
