My order (401241) was placed on 1st April via their official site https://www.domesticappliances.philips.co.in and the same day the order status was updated to "Packed". I have been trying to contact Philips executives since the past week for an update but every day I am told that it has been escalated and that they will call me back in the next few hours. I have not received even a single call or any positive update from the team on my order.
I have requested them to either cancel my order or deliver it to me at the earliest.
As a customer, I have blocked my money with this order and I am loosing my patience with the kind f response that I am receiving from you guys. I don't see any signs of the product shipment or cancellation
