[Resolved]  Philips India — selling wrong products and very rude behaviour

today i went to an authorized centre of philips services to buy a charger for my trimmer located in karnal haryana (gupta electronics), this is the third time i was going to that shop for reconfirming the model number n evrytime they tell me a different price for the same charger which seems either duplicate or they tell me to buy a used one from their shop at same price when i offended they showed me very arrogant behaviour. i am very much disappointed and i am going to launch a complaint in consumer court as i am studing law . kindly reply on this one.
