Philips India — Very shoddy manner of repairing support - 32" tv | |||
Bought in around june 2008 at vijaysales, vashi a 32" tv - a pricy item then. Recently, it developed a problem - it does not switch on or switches on after some time and then goes off. Contacted authorized service center - aryan enterprises, mumbai ([protected]@gmail.com ;[protected], one technician (Santosh) visited on 15/10/2016 and estimated that the mother board is faulty and left. The service center picked up the tv for repair (Ankush - mobile:[protected]) on 17/10/2016 and re-delivered on 19/10/2016 charging rs.3200/-. Almost immediately after that, the same problem remained. One rajendra singh was to visit. Now, the struggle - contacting them, waiting for the person to come, repair it further, etc., - is going on. We understand the job is not done and wont be done to our satisfaction. Repair was done by one - mr. Chandan. We are continuously in touch with the service center / call center. One neelima was in touch with us. Get our money refunded because the job will not be done and we keep waiting endlessly.
