[Resolved] Philips India — Worst Services Philips Service Center Apex Services, Burail (Mohali) | |||
I went there to get foil replacement for Phillips trimmer model BG2024 and they (Mr. Gautam) told that they do not have the required part so deposit the money before hand. I deposited Rs.600 . Even after 1 month I did not get any back call from them or any delivery. I called them today are they are saying that they still do not have the part. I have to bought three trimmer machines due to unavailability of the foil costing me approx 6000 instead of paying for foil which nearly cost 300-600 as per them. This highlights Philips services in Chandigarh are majority of worst conditions and we should be away from Philips products due to this kind of services Was this information helpful? | |||
