I am Kohinoor Bose and recently I was checking my cibil details and found out that there is an outstanding amount that is reflecting against credit card charges by Phoenix arc.
Firstly I never acquired any credit card of any sort from your bank or agency with the credit card number that is reflecting in my cibil score . I was told by one of your debt collecting advisor that it is pending amount for ABN Amro credit card which I had already settled long back in 2007 and that too it bears a different credit card number.
