Pickme — Misguiding to customers | |||
Sir, I have purchased Micromax Knight (A-350) mobile in July 2014 from Mumbai. Simultaneously, I opted for Pick Me Insurance from same shop. While taking policy, i have been told that all types of physical damages will be covered. Today I am trying to submit my request for pick up as my mobile's back cover is cracked. I was totally thrilled to hear from you help desk person that back cover is not covered under insurance policy. I feel cheated and looted for Rs. 1k by Pick Me. This is totally misguiding on behalf of Pick Me. So that I request you to kindly look into matter and get my mobile back cover changed otherwise I will have no other option to keep my friends and relatives miles away from taking this cheating mobile insurance policy from Pick Me.
