Pizza Hut — Delay and Improper response in returning the wrongly debited amount when ordering through Mobile App | |||
Hi, On 19 April 2015, I tried to order the pizza twice using the Mobile App of Pizza Hut India. On both the occasions my credit card got debited with total of Rs. 1352 (676 + 676) but no order was placed. When this was informed to Pizza Hut Customer Care, the concerned person was giving very ague answers and said that wait for 21 days it will come. After a week or so when I again I tried to check on the status, the response was very rude saying that you have to wait for 21 days. Its almost a month now and when I tried to check with them on refund, the response was like we have no records of the complaint or anything, you go and check in store for records. I have quoted them the credit card reference number as well. This is a clear case of improper and cheating with customers. Would request you to kindly look into the matter.
