[Resolved] Pizza Hut India — Money got deducted and order not placed | |||||
On 24/04/2016 i ordered pizza from mobile application of pizza hut and made the payment via credit card. Money got deducted from my account but order was not placed, then i talk to their customer centre they told me that i money will be refunded but i havn't got my money back yet. Apr 29, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved Pizza Hut refunded my money, although they were not very much cooperative then I made contact to their Branch Manager of the store and he helped me in getting my money back. Pizza Hut India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||

Pizza hut ampa skywalk branch charged 30% of tax for the food we are eating as per the budget service tax is applicable 12.36% on 40 percent of the bill only ... y I have been charged 30 percent I want the proper explanation r I have to file a case with consumer court.
