Dear Pizza Hut,
I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service and quality of the order no. 15645415 I received from Pizza Hut on 16th September 2023 from the Sector 12 Vasundhara Ghaziabad branch.
On 16 September 2023 at approximately 1:15 PM, I placed an order for a personal Cheese and Corn pizza for my daughter. The estimated delivery time was 1:44 PM. However, the order was delivered 20 minutes late, and this delay occurred even after I had to make two phone calls to inquire about the status. I didn't receive any delivery message for that pizza. Infact, PHD app on my phone is still displaying that pizza is on the way and estimated arrival time is 1.44 pm.
Upon receiving the pizza, my daughter discovered that there was an excessive amount of onion on the pizza. Unfortunately, my daughter does not like onions, and this resulted in her not being able to enjoy her meal and going hungry. Additionally, the order did not include oregano, a standard condiment that is usually provided with Pizza Hut orders.
I promptly contacted pizza Hut number to raise my concerns. From there, my call was transferred to the store manager, Mr. Bhawan (Bhanu) Singh. I provided him with photographic evidence of the onion-laden pizza, which clearly showed that the pizza was not prepared to the standard expected from Pizza Hut. However, Mr. Singh's response was far from satisfactory. He suggested that the presence of onion might have been due to onion being stuck on the pizza cutter, which I found to be an inadequate explanation. Furthermore, he refused to take responsibility for the missing oregano and denied that the pizza was undercooked, despite the evidence in the pictures. He was quite rude and brazen during the entire interaction on that phone call. I asked him to send all these things in writing on WhatsApp. He refused that as well.
I requested a general Pizza Hut customer email address or contact information, but Mr. Singh declined to provide this and insisted on sharing only either his personal email address. He also refused to share his employee ID. After further argument, he said that he can give Area manager's email id if I insist. I'm not sure if that is the correct email ID. I am deeply disappointed by the dismissive and unprofessional attitude displayed by Mr. Bhawan Singh during this interaction. I have been a loyal Pizza Hut customer for years, but this experience has left me with a negative impression of your brand.
I kindly request that you investigate this matter thoroughly and take appropriate action to address the issues I have raised. I believe that your grievance cell can help resolve this situation and ensure that such incidents do not happen in the future.
