Pizza Hut India — E Gift Card Issue

I had an E-Gift Card of Value 300 INR. On 27th August I been to BTM Layout Pizza Hut Restaurant and I presented my card and they took my card number and said placed order then they said the card is out of balance and charged me with 300 Rs in Cash. Later when I contacted your Facebook page I got to know it was redeemed at same date as below response from your Facebook team.

Dear Sir, your Gift card[protected]****, activated on[protected] with activation Value of 300 INR had been redeemed on[protected], in Bangalore, redemption amount was 300 INR, the current card balance is 0.00 INR. Thanks.

I have attached the bill of same and there is clear mention of 300 Rs by Cash I paid And remaining by my credit card.

Can you please refund the amount??
