Hi.. Myself rineeka.. I had filed a complaint against phd on 6th may 2016. To address the complaint, i got an unexpected call from your company on 10th may from[protected] by executive named shabana.
The solution provided to me was that i could order of any pizza. I asked her to call me sat (14.05.2016) since i wasn't consuming nonveg. Shabana had promised me a call back which she never did and then i got a call from the same number on 18th may 2016 twice in the evening at 5:02pm & 5:06pm respectively which i couldn't attend due to household work. Tried calling back on the nbr but it doesn't connects..
To check the status on the call back promise by phd delivery consumer service, i called your customer care number on 23rd june at 3:37pm (Call duration 2:46 minutes) and asked for shabana, the executive who picked my call said that shabana is on leave that particular day and will call back by tmrw that is on 24th may 2016, executive told me she will inform shabana to call me which never hpnd..
I called back again tday 26.05.2016 to check the status at 12:43pm (Call duration 2:14 minutes), and asked for shabana. Looked like that executive didn't know what he is supposed to do being a customer care executive and kept my call on hold without my permission... As usual disappointing and bad service.. I discntd the call from my end after few seconds since i don't have a tree of money to listen to your promotional ads and of a call which lands up no where.
Lets see if someone from ur company reads my complaint and gives a solution.. Or if shabana takes responsibility to call back her customer complaint.
