[Resolved] Pizza Hut India — pizza hut not redeeming sbi card vouchers | |||||
I tried to redeem sbicard gift vouchers from pizza hut. I went to pizza hut delivery outlet in pimpary chinchwad more than 3 times and every time they gave me same excuse that there is technical issue in system. I tried to contact sbi card but they say the codes are avalid and they can’t take any complaint. They ask me to try on different outlets. They are simply beating around the bush fooling customers. I had visited andheri east store on[protected] i had gift voucher of rs.250 but the store didnt accept voucher saying they had some technical error but why i should suffer due to their technical error? then they gave me customer care number but that also didnt worked out this is worst custmer service as customer is paying and customer is suffering

I was given pizza Hut two voucher of Rs 500 each. One have redeemed earlier but when I tried another one at pizza jhut out let in kharar mohali Sas nagar punjab, they told me invalid voucher. In the mean time they execute my order without confirming me. For the same I have to made payment by cash. This this fraud done by either Sbi Or pizza Hut. Can any one look after my complaint.
