Pizza Hut India — UPI payment successful, however order not registered on Pizza Hut App

I placed an order on 14th January at 07:58 pm for 2 medium pizzas using the Pizza hut app, the amount of Rs. 808.50 was debited through the UPI payment (SBI Bank account) however the order was not registered on the Pizza Hut app.
It was only when my kids called me at 10:10pm that I realised the order was not reflecting and also the Pizza hut store Fatima Nagar confirmed no order was received. Till the date amount has not been refunded. Please check attached photo of payment made through UPI to Pizza hut at 07:58 PM on 14th Jan 2024, but amount has not been refunded.

So, I placed an order again at 10:20pm of same amount and the order (Order #[protected] went through successfully.

Also there is no history option on the Pizza hut app, so i can't even see my past orders.
This is the second time the issue has occurred.
