Dear Concerned
I believe the services of pizza hut are just getting worse day by day.
I have ordered the food at 1.15 pm at[protected] and I was confirmed that the order will be delivered within 40 minutes, which never happened. Address given was Gati Ltd, Plot No 268-Udyog Vihar, Phase-4, Gurgaon. I am sure you can always trace the phone number by address, as I am not sure whether I should leave the number at this portal.
I received the call from the delivery boy at 1.42 pm from the number [protected] and confirmed that the order will be delivered within next 10 minutes, which did not happen.
Later on I called up at[protected] to check the order status at 2.15pm, 2.24 pm and then at 2.32 pm; each time I was told that please wait for 5 minutes and the concerned store manager will call back for the complaint redress.
Surprised, that nobody bothered to call back, instead the delivery boy created so much ruckus at the office reception regarding the payment of the delayed delivery, that the girl sitting at the reception did not had any other option except making the payment of Rs 935 to the delivery person.
I fail to understand, that does someone really control the deliveries at Pizza Hut? Are you guys even bothered to understand the customer experience?
Please understand, that there are many chains in the similar industry and if it continues, it's not going to take long for you guys to be out of this market. Anyway the food inflation is so high that if you don't concentrate on the service, it will be tough for anyone to survive in this market.
