Pizza Hut — Late delivery, no courtesy, cannot understand English, forget about speaking | |||
We called Pizza Hut number[protected] on Sunday May 03, 2014 @ 20:22 hrs and placed our order for 1 medium pepperoni pizza & 2 garlic breads . The person taking order could not understand English nor could speak to save his lufe .ultimately we spoke in Hindi to get our orders across . The overdone confirmed delivery time of 30 mins . At 21:10 I called the number again and inquired my order status .after being put on hold for few mins I was told "we don't know the reason for delay, we will arrange a call back from store manager ". On my insistence to know the status of my order & reason for delay, he again said " store manager will inform you as we don't know" What's the point of having customer service number & an option for tracking your order/ feedback if you can't give any answers ?... Anyway the order arrived at 21:38, more than an hour after ordering .when I refused the order, delivery boy asked me to speak with manager, whose number was busy for next 7-10 minds .finally I spoke with Sumit, the manager who informed due to rush we are delayed . Well if you cannot handle rush why are you in the business ?l, , Weekends will always be busy, you need to make arrangements & ensure it key delivery .most important tell the customer honestly, why commit for half hour when you are not equipped ?...
