Pizza Hut — late delivery, pathetic customer service and manager super rude

I'm really dissapointed with the service with the customer service and call center service. Order minimum takes 2-3 hours for getting the order delivered due to the lack of co - ordination between call center and store. They blame each other. Minimum we have to call 5 tym to check for our order. This is really dissapointing.. We placed two orders within a week and both took almost 2-3 hours to get delivered. Last time the delivery boy apologies but this time the store manager warned him and ask to take the order back. Sector 14 manager Mr. Naveen doesn't know what is customer service. This is the most pathetic customer service a customer can ever receive. This clearly shows corporates should stop ordering from pizza hut. They provide the worst service.. This matter should be escalated and a strict action should be taken against the manager.
