Pizza Hut — Money debited and Refund not initiated | |||
I had ordered for Pizza and garlic stick on 28th Feb'15. The money was debited which was Rs.744, but the order was not place. I called the customer care the same day, I was told with in 21 working days the money would be refunded. On Saturday (21st Mar'15), I called the customer care to ask the status. The call was disconnected 5 times. On the 6th times a lady picked-up and said, there was no refund initated and had raised a complaint with the number[protected] and promised a call back within 24hrs. It has been 72hours no call. Today (23rd Mar'15) when I call after 10 calls and wait on hold for 45 minutes, I get to know the same. I am very disappointed with the kind of service Pizza Hut provides for their customers.
