[Resolved]  Pizza Hut — No response

We received completely charred & cold & hard as rock garlic bread and big pizza medium Italayan today(9-Mar-14) from Banshankari 3rd stage Bangalore 61 PHD after placing more than 1hour after repeated enquiry . When we called again to complaint, were placed on hold for more than 5 mins & then told the the restaurant manager is busy & will get a call back after discussion with manger.
