[Resolved]  Pizza Hut — Order not delivered even after an hour

I am Sajal. My phone number for placing order is [protected]. I Placed an order for Pizza from Noida on 8/6/2014 at 8:40 pm. As promised it should have been delivered within 40 minutes max. Waiting for pizza till 9:45 pm(more than an hour), I called up the helpline again to check and i am answered that there is some technical issue and your order has not been placed. This is really pathetic. You place an order, wait for more than an hour and after an hour you are told that your order has not even been placed??? Service manager on line was Satinder Singh. I we an explanation to this...
