Pizza Hut — Pizza Delivered 1 Hour late and that too not up to the standards of Pizza Hut.

This is w.r.to Pizza Hut Malviya Nagar store. I had placed an order and got an assurance that i will be delivered within 30 minutes as per your policy. Order punch time : 8:45:07 PM Promised delivery time: 9:15:07 PM, but i got the order after 1 hour and that too toppings were not up to the mark. While placing the order i had informed the store that please take care of toppings if its not up to the mark then i will send the pizza back and then also store has not met the expectation.
First they delivered late plus toppings were not good, I canceled the order, this type of thing i have not expected from brand like Pizza Hut. I will not order anything from Pizza Hut in future. Better to opt for Domino's and other Pizza outlets.
