Pizza Hut — poor service.

Hi, on 15th May, me and my family of six visited your outlet on Kammanahalli, Bangalore and we ordered few pizza for dine in and at the same time we also ordered a pizza for takeaway, they served dine in pizzas and again I reminded him for a takeaway and he said it will be ready when he gives bill and after finishing our food we have waited half an hour but they said its getting ready and I waited almost an hour with my children's then I went to counter asking COMPLAINT / SUGGESTION BOOK to launch a complaint but a lady gave me an ordinary dairy to write a complaint but I insisted a proper one but she couldn't provide then I requested her to call a restaurant manager to speak but again she gave a reason that he was busy in the kitchen meanwhile they delivered me take away pizza but still I insisted to meet Manager and I waited 15 minutes but he didn't turn up and at last we came back with a bad experience with Pizza Hut and it was a worst service which I come across in a over the year so I am requesting you to please take necessary action to sort out these kind of issue and please inform all your restaurant managers to speak to customers to settle the issue instead of hiding in kitchen.
