Pizza Hut — technical fault-pizza order placing

This is quite disturbing to hear that International Brand "Pizza Hut" is unable to fix technical glitches for more than 3 working days. The series of events are as follows: 13/March/2014- I rings up the pizza hut call center outlet for placing Pizza.While ordering the Sales executive denies to take order & explains that due to technical fault the said order cannot be placed.However we were said that some store manager will positively contact us within10 min & we can place the order. To our surprise no one called or bothered to explain the situation. After waiting for half an hour my husband ranged up the pizza hut call center again & enquired about the same.But to our surprise the same kind of reply was told so called "technical fault"..Ultimately we lost hope & ordered from Dominos Pizza. 15/march/2014- We wanted to place order for pizza however the same story was narrated that due to technical issues we cannot place order!! It is quite disgusting & disturbing to hear that is not bothered for customer satisfaction!Even the Sales guys are taking the matter in an easy way & ignoring the outcome.
