I have ordered sheffield slicer and received the same on 18th July 2015. The product received was defective. the same I returned back on 21st July. The executive told me that they would be refunding my amount within 7-15days. Since then I am following but I have not received my money. they always told me that the money will come within a week, however it does not happens.
